About me

Deb joined Mary Kay as a part time beauty consultant in March 1990 while maintaining her fulltime position as a deli/seafood manager at a local grocery chain in Minneapolis, primarily to pursue a career where she could be paid what she was worth, versus being paid what the job was worth. She earned her first career car 3 years later and became a full time Sales Director just 3 months after that in October 1993 and has never looked back. Deb and her team of Allison Allstar Consultants have earned the use of 17 cars, 9 of them being the prestigious Pink Cadillac! Deb’s personal mission is to continue to develop leaders, to help other women see how truly incredible they are and to enrich the lives of women, whether it be personally, professionally, spiritually or financially.

Deb is married to her best friend, Mark, for 31 years and they have two beautiful children: RJ who is 25 (married to Lorena) and Berit who is 23. The family also includes their 2 yellow labs, Fletcher and Misty.

One of the highlights of Deb’s career was personally meeting Mary Kay Ash, and being trained by her personally. Mary Kay taught her so many valuable lessons but most importantly to live your life by the golden rule, treating others the way you would wish to be treated yourself.

Deb has proudly represented the Allison AllStars in the prestigious $500,000 Circle of Achievement in 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2017. Collectively, the Allison Allstars have sold over $4 million in Mary Kay products!

Deb believes as Mary Kay Ash always said, “No dream is too big to dream and achieve in this amazing business opportunity where the focus is on enriching women’s lives!”
